Dr. John Phillips lll

DDS

Dr. John Phillips III, DDS is a lifelong resident of Chickasha. He graduated from Chickasha High School in 1988 and attended undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma Science and Arts. He furthered his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in June of 1996 and opened his scratch practice in the fall of that year. In 1998, he was voted the Crown Council Young Dentist of the Year, which opened the doors for him to learn from the top cosmetic and restorative dentists in the country. He has spent time in the office of Los Angeles dentist, Bill Dorman, who is known for his work on ABC’s Extreme Makeover and is the dentist to the stars. He also completed training at the Dawson Center for Excellence in Florida, which is an advanced study on occlusion. Dr. Phillips is qualified in all areas of general dentistry, but has also taken advanced training in cosmetic dental procedures as well as full mouth rehabilitation. Dental implants are one of his specialties and he enjoys offering this service to his patients because of the great benefits they provide. He is a national speaker and consultant for several dental manufacturers and has been published in multiple dental journals. He aspires to always be on the cutting edge of dentistry and strives to be competent in all the dental advances today. He is continually learning new techniques, and always wants to offer his patients every option available. His purpose as a dentist is to always listen to his patients and give them exactly what they want and need.

Dr. Reed Perryman

DDS

Dr. Reed Perryman believes you deserve a smile that reflects your inner joy. His journey in dentistry began after graduating cum laude with degrees in biology and chemistry from the University of Central Oklahoma. His passion for excellence led him to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Oklahoma in 2012. Since 2015, Dr. Perryman has been committed to bringing quality dental care to the Chickasha community.

Dr. Perryman continuously seeks advanced dental training, to bring you innovative and comprehensive care. His dedication has led him to specialize in TMJ treatments, Botox®, JUVÉDERM®, and restorative pedodontic dentistry. Additionally, his expertise extends to orthodontic and surgical techniques, providing a holistic approach to your dental health.

Dr. Ali Rahill

DDS

Dr. Ali Rahill joined the practice in 2021 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. Originally from Oklahoma City, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma and graduated from the Oklahoma University College of Dentistry in 2020 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She went on to complete a one-year General Practice Residency at the OKC Veterans Affairs Hospital. Dr. Rahill is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Spear Study Club.

What she loves most about being part of the practice is the learning environment and strong sense of community. The team functions like a family, with everyone caring about each other’s growth and well-being. Dr. Rahill believes continuing education is essential and values building personal relationships with her patients to help them feel at ease in the dental chair. Her positive attitude and team-player mindset contribute to the supportive atmosphere in the office.

Outside of dentistry, Ali is married to her husband Kory. She is very close with her family. Her father was a dentist, so she carries on the Rahill Legacy. She enjoys being active, traveling, watching and attending sporting events, and spending time with her loved ones.

Dr. Justin McClanahan

DDS

Dr. Justin McClanahan’s journey with our practice began in 2014 after graduating from Chickasha High School. His passion for dentistry led him to the University of Oklahoma, where he completed his undergraduate studies before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2021. He officially began practicing as a dentist in 2022.

Dr. McClanahan is committed to delivering exceptional dental care in a fun, relaxed, and educational environment. He takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and informed during their visits and enjoys sharing his knowledge of dental procedures with both patients and team members. His enthusiasm for quality care and dedication to patient education make him an invaluable part of our dental family.

Dr. McClanahan is the son of Shawn and Sherri McClanahan, owners of Service Master Medical in Chickasha. He also has one brother, Jake. He adores his two dogs, Bear and Sadie.

Outside the office, Dr. McClanahan enjoys weightlifting, fishing, four-wheeling in the mountains, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with his dogs. He is an active member of Life Church in Moore, OK.

Always eager to grow professionally, Dr. McClanahan has completed advanced training in sedation, restorative dentistry, dentures, and surgical procedures. He is currently expanding his expertise in Implants, Botox, and Orthodontics. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Spear Study Club.

Dr. Chandler McPhail

DDS

Dr. Chandler McPhail joined our team in January 2025, bringing with her a passion for dentistry and a strong foundation of academic excellence. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Business from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN in 2016, and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) with distinction in research from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2020.

Dr. Chandler is committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements and has completed specialized training in both Botox and Implant procedures. Her goal is to provide modern, comprehensive care while creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.

Outside the office, Dr. Chandler treasures time with her family. She married her husband, Mack, in September 2021, and together they are proud parents to two daughters, Charlie and Dallas.

In her free time, she enjoys lakeside getaways, exploring new destinations through travel, and soaking in the fun and energy of country concerts and dancing.

Keli

Operations Manager

Keli joined the practice in 2010 and has been an essential part of the team.

With a strong academic foundation, Keli earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

Keli is driven by a deep commitment to patient-centered care and takes pride in leading a team that shares a passion for excellence and compassion in every aspect of their work.

Family holds a special place in Keli’s heart. Married to her college sweetheart, John, since 1999, she is a proud mom to four sons—Gehrig, Boston, Maris, and Nolan—and one daughter, Caroline. Outside of work, Keli enjoys cheering on her kids in their sports, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

Alice

OFFICE MANAGER

Alice rejoined the practice in November 2021 and brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role as Office Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma University and has a deep appreciation for people and their stories, which makes her an essential part of the team. Alice contributes to the success of the practice by fostering meaningful connections and supporting both patients and staff with empathy and care.

Alice is married to the love of her life, Jimmy Hatfield, and they’ve been together for 29 years. She is a proud mom to Caitlyn and Jimmy (aka “Bubs”) and recently became a first-time “Sunny” to her grandson, Mavrick. In her free time, Alice enjoys walking, running, swimming, and most of all, spending time with her family.

Krista

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Krista became part of our dental family in May 2002. She graduated from Alex Public School in 1995 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 2002.

What Krista loves most about our practice are our excellent clinical skills, clean facility, state-of-the-art technology, dental lab, and focus on continuing education. She deeply values the relationships she has built with both our team and patients, as well as the morning prayers we share for our patients, team, and families.

Krista says, “My contribution to the happiness of this practice begins with loving my patients and team for who they are—listening to, caring for, and respecting their needs and words. Beyond loving people, my calling is to teach them how to care for their teeth, maintain good oral health, and instill lasting habits that will help them keep their teeth for life.”

Outside of the office, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their two children, Brennan and Hudson. She can often be found cheering on her kids as they participate in their many activities.

Lacey B.

NEW PATIENT COORDINATOR | REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Lacey has been a valued member of our team since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the Oklahoma University College of Dentistry in 2004. With a passion for patient care, Lacey is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service, tailoring her approach to meet each patient’s unique needs and finding the best solutions for their oral health.

She is grateful to be part of a supportive team and a positive, welcoming environment. Lacey’s faith in God guides her both personally and professionally, and she strives to reflect His love and kindness in all that she does. She believes that kindness, connection, and quality care can turn a routine dental visit into something people feel good about.

Lacey takes pride in helping anxious patients feel calm and cared for, and she loves building trust with each individual she meets. She stays current in her field through continuing education, always striving to grow and improve.

Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending time with her husband Bruce and their daughter, Benti. She especially loves cheering her daughter on at sporting events and cherishing time with her family.

Kasey

NEW PATIENT COORDINATOR

Kasey has been a part of the dental team since 2008. A proud graduate of Chickasha High School, she continued her education at Oklahoma State University and later graduated from Lamar State College in Orange, Texas.

With a passion for helping others, Kasey thrives in her role as New Patient Coordinator. She finds joy in meeting new patients and walking alongside them as they overcome dental fears. Her favorite part of the job is the lasting friendships built through compassion, connection, and care—whether with patients, coworkers, or the greater community.

Outside the office, Kasey enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, daughter, and extended family.

Kayla K.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Kayla has been a valued member of our practice since 2015. She deeply appreciates the opportunity to work within a Christ-centered environment alongside a team of like-minded individuals.

Always eager to lend a hand, Kayla is our resident IT guru and the team’s go-to expert for all technological. She consistently seeks opportunities to support her colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the practice.

Kayla is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Kelby. Together, they are the proud parents of two children, Kass and Kai Marie. As a family, they cherish spending quality time outdoors, with hiking and kayaking being among their favorite activities. In her personal time, Kayla also enjoys photography and planting.

Nicole

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Nicole has been a valued member of the team since 2012.

Nicole’s commitment to her profession is evident in her academic achievements. She attended the University of Central Oklahoma for her undergraduate studies and furthered her education at the University of Oklahoma Dental Hygiene School. She graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree, Nicole approaches each day ready to work hard and care for each patient’s individual needs, appreciating being part of a team that feels like family.

Outside of providing excellent patient care, Nicole shares her life with her husband, Will, and their two beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Jessica P.

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Jessica began her journey with the practice in 2011 as a hygiene assistant. In 2013, she stepped away to pursue her dream of becoming a dental hygienist. She graduated in 2015 from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene.

Jessica is passionate about providing the highest level of care by listening to her patients, educating them, and treating each one like family.

She currently lives in Edmond with her husband, Drew, and their son, Jensen.

Melanie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Melanie’s journey with the practice began in 1999 as a dental assistant. After some time away, Melanie returned in 2013 as a Dental Hygienist and came back again in 2024, bringing years of valuable experience to the team.

Melanie’s commitment to her profession is backed by a strong educational foundation. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

What Melanie appreciates most about being part of the practice is working alongside an amazing group of people. She also values the time and resources provided to deliver quality care to patients. With years of experience in dentistry and having worked in various areas of the dental office, Melanie feels she contributes a sympathetic ear to both patients and coworkers.

Family is a cherished aspect of Melanie’s life. She has been married for 16 years to her amazing husband, Rex, and they are the proud parents of three amazing sons.

Outside of creating healthy smiles, Melanie enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends. She loves to read and has a passion for decorating for all seasons and holidays, and loves the thrill of antiquing.

Alyssa

Dental Assistant

Alyssa joined the practice in August 2022 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. She loves being part of a Christ-Centered office and finds joy in working alongside like-minded people and wonderful mentors. One thing that she loves is that we pray over our patients and team. Alyssa is passionate about serving others and strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel seen and heard. She brings positivity and dedication to her role each day, always working hard to support her team and care for patients.

Alyssa is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Boston, and together they have two fur babies, Mookie and Milo.

Ana

Dental Assistant

Ana has been a valued member of the team since 2018. She appreciates the close-knit, family-like atmosphere and the genuine care team members show for one another.

Outside the office, Ana enjoys spending time with her daughter, Jaliyah, and her partner, Michael. She also has a passion for basketball and loves watching Spanish soap operas.

Caitlyn

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Caitlyn became an integral part of the dental family in August 2014. What truly resonates with Caitlyn about the practice is the wonderful camaraderie amongst colleagues and the privilege of collaborating with truly exceptional dentists. Ensuring every patient feels at ease and welcome during their visit is a top priority.

Beyond the office, Caitlyn has a passion for exploration through travel and cherishes moments spent with loved ones. Her family circle includes three younger sisters, two younger brothers, 1 niece and nephew, and the companionship of one cat and two dogs.

Faith A.

Since joining the practice in August of 2022, Faith has been a valued member of the team, bringing warmth, dedication, and a heart for service to every patient interaction. Known for her positive and encouraging spirit, she thrives in the uplifting, Godly-based environment fostered by the practice.

Faith contributes to the success of the team by supporting both patients and coworkers with compassion and a caring attitude. She takes pride in helping create a space where people feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside the office, Faith enjoys the outdoors and stays active through hunting, fishing, and embarking on countless adventures with her greatest treasure—her son, Blaine. Her love for family and passion for life are reflected in everything she does.

Faith began her journey with our practice in 2023. She attended dental assisting school in 2009 and graduated in 2010.

One of the things Faith loves most about working here is the strong sense of family within the team. She values how everyone truly cares for each individual patient and enjoys the time spent getting to know them on a personal level.

Faith is a proud mom to three amazing kids—Nolan, Caroline, and Griffin. Outside of the office, she stays busy attending her children’s activities, spending time at church, working out with her mom and sister, traveling, hanging out with family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors.

Born and raised in Chickasha, Faith is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that shaped her.

Kaylin

Dental Assistant

Kaylin joined our team in August 2024.

Kaylin’s dedication to healthcare is evident as she works toward earning her Associate’s degree in Health Sciences, with graduation set for this coming summer.

What is particularly appreciated about being part of the practice is the Christ-centered atmosphere and the family-oriented approach to patient care, which includes praying for patients every morning.

Kaylin will be tying the knot this coming August and has exciting plans to continue her education by pursuing dental school in the near future.

For Megan, a highlight of being part of the practice is the warm, family-oriented atmosphere and the pleasure of working alongside amazing coworkers.

Megan and her husband, Tommie, are the proud parents of their son, Aiden.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Melodi has been a member of the dental family since 2015. Melodi radiates a positive attitude and always comes to work with a smile, embodying her motto: “Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life.”

Melodi is the proud parent of one son, Khi, who is the joy of her life. Outside of the office, Melodi has a passion for cooking and is her own chef, creating delicious meals. She deeply values and enjoys spending quality time with her large extended family.

Rhyle

Dental Assistant

Rhyle became part of our team in March 2025 and quickly found that the office feels like a home away from home, something she truly loves about being here.

Outside of work, Rhyle enjoys spending time outdoors and unwinding with a good book. She is also a proud dog mom to two German Shepherds, Jersy and Jorja.

A guiding verse in Rhyle’s life is, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13.

Sandra

Sandra has been a dedicated member of the dental family since 2011. Her journey in the field includes an Associate Degree in Applied Science earned at Rose State College.

The warm, family-oriented atmosphere of the practice is something Sandra truly appreciates, and this translates into a strong work ethic in assisting the dentists and fellow team members.

Outside of the office, Sandra’s life is enriched by her two children, Kate and Ethan.

Shalee joined our office in July 2024 as a Dental Assistant. She brings compassion, care, and a servant’s heart to every patient interaction. One of her favorite things about working here is being part of a team that shares God’s love through dentistry—helping people smile not just with their teeth, but with their hearts as well.

Lashonda has been with our team since 2014. She enjoys how close knit the entire team is and how Godly focused the practice is.

Lashonda graduated from Alex High School in 2010 and got married to her high school sweetheart in 2011. Together, Lashonda and her husband have 2 amazing daughters. She enjoys softball, dance with her kids, and decorating sugar cookies

Jeff

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Jeff joined the practice in 2014, took a short hiatus and came back to work for us in 2023. He has continued to grow in his passion for serving both patients and team members alike.

Jeff graduated from Chickasha High School in 2003, Jeff loves working in a Christ-centered atmosphere and being part of a team that treats patients like family. Known for his positive attitude and quick wit, he not only helps keep the front office running smoothly but also fills in as part-time comedic relief.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys life with his wife Whitney and their son Samuel. He’s an avid sports fan who loves spending time with family, watching movies, and detailing cars.

Jenny

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Jenny joined our practice in July 2020. A graduate of Platt College’s Dental Assistant program in 2014, she uses her training and experience to create a smooth and welcoming experience for patients from the very first phone call.

Jenny loves being part of a huge work family that starts each day with prayer and strives to show every patient God’s love and the beauty of building genuine relationships. Her day-to-day contributions include answering phones, scheduling new patients, and guiding them through their treatment and financing options—always with compassion and kindness.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys life with her husband Greg and their wonderfully blended family, which includes six kids and three grandchildren. Her favorite pastimes include golfing, traveling, beach trips, shopping, and making memories with her family and grandkids.

Leah

Hygiene Coordinator

Leah has been a valued member of the practice since August 2012. In her role supporting hygiene and the front office , she brings organization, warmth, and a deep sense of care to both patients and the team.

She finds the most fulfillment in seeing lives transformed by the treatment the practice provides and in the meaningful relationships built throughout the process.

Leah has been married to her high school sweetheart, Jeremy, since 1993. Together, they have three grown children—Christian, Mallory, and Taryn. Outside of work, she enjoys teaching tap dance, reading, and cheering on her daughter as a member of the Oklahoma Baptist University dance team.

Mackenzie

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Mackenzie joined the practice team in February 2025.

What Mackenzie appreciates most about being part of our practice is its Christ-centered foundation and the genuine care and concern shown for each patient.

Family is at the heart of Mackenzie’s life. She is the proud wife of an amazing husband and the loving mother of two precious boys.

In her spare time, Mackenzie enjoys attending church and cherishing quality moments spent with her family.

Sherri

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Sherri has been a part of our dental family since September 2014.

She finds it gratifying to see our patients’ smiles before and after treatments and enjoys contributing to a fun and loving team environment, guided by a dentist who prioritizes both faith and a family-oriented approach.

Sherri’s family includes a daughter, Jessica, and a grandson, Brady. Cherished moments are spent with them, often watching and enjoying Brady play sports.

Kim

STERILIZATION COORDINATOR

Kim has been a part of our team since 2019.

Kim brings consistency, care, and a cheerful spirit to her role each day. What she values most is the strong sense of unity within the team—where mutual support and a family-like atmosphere create a truly special workplace. Her attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness play a vital role in the overall success of the practice.

Family is at the heart of Kim’s world. She shares a joyful life with her husband, Todd, and their daughter, Madison.

When not in the office, Kim finds joy in the quiet moments—reading a good book and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Madison

Sterilization Tech

Madison had been a part of our team since February 2022.

What Madison values most about being part of the practice is the strong sense of camaraderie, where everyone genuinely cares for and supports each other like family. Madison contributes to the success of the practice by maintaining a positive attitude and consistently being ready to perform her job to the best of her abilities.

Outside of ensuring a clean and organized environment, Madison enjoys the creative and relaxing hobby of crocheting.
